• Who should I mail this box to? Most leaders are sending this to NEW Reds or higher on the Career Path or those who complete a certain amount in production for the month. But we'll be happy to send it to anyone you would like!

• Once I order, when will you mail it? We make it our priority to ship as fast as possible and typically ship within 24 business hours! We ship via USPS First Class mail from Florida.

• Can you substitute any items in the box? Currently, we are unable to substitute any items in the boxes, but we think the items we've chosen are pretty awesome! :)

• Does a Career Path Pin Enhancer come in the box? The pin enhancer is not included, but we are happy to add it to your box for an additional fee. Just be sure you add it at checkout and specify which career path enhancer you want included when you check out.
